How to Update Axioo Neon HNM Drivers?

For users of the Axioo NEON HNM model, we offer a driver pack that contains drivers for Windows 7/8/10/11. This driver pack includes the latest Bluetooth, WiFi, Chipset, Card Reader, VGA, HID Filter, and SERIAL I/O drivers. 

To access these drivers, simply download the file provided at the bottom of the page. Go to Downloads, right-click the downloaded folder, and press Unzip/Extract. Once all the files are extracted in a separate folder, you’ll find the mentioned driver files. 

The quickest way to update your Axioo Neon HNM drivers is by replacing them individually through the Device Manager.  Type Device Manager into the Windows search bar and find the driver you wish to update. For example, Bluetooth driver has a separate category (see screenshot). 

Select the second option and browse your PC to find the necessary driver. When replacing the drivers manually, always select the files with the .sys extension at the end. 

Keep in mind that some of the drivers you’ll need to replace are slightly harder to find. While Bluetooth has a separate category, some drivers, such as the Serial I/O driver can be found in the System Device category. 

Similarly, you can find and replace the VGA driver (graphics) in the Display Adapter category, and WiFi is in the Network Adapters category on the drivers list.

Do I need to Update my Drivers?

Unless you have a pop-up warning related to some kind of video, audio, or internet error, updating your drivers may not be necessary. 

Another way to check if you actually have any outdated drivers is to do a quick troubleshooting. You can do so by entering the Command Prompt (press Run as Administrator), and typing in sfc /scannow in the command line. This will automatically trigger a scan of your entire device. Both software and hardware errors will show up. 

Once the troubleshooting is over, you will be given options to fix the issues the program found. This will show any outdated drivers.
