Installing the Xerox Universal Print Driver

To get your hands on the latest Xerox universal print driver, simply scroll down, find the Captcha and complete it, and press the Download button. The downloaded zipped folder will have two subfolders. You can gain access to these files by right-clicking on the zipped folder and selecting the Unzip option. 

Now that you can see the Xerox printer drivers, you’ll see Windows and MacOS subfolders. As the names suggest, these files are compatible with the corresponding operating systems. As of 2023, Xerox hasn't released the universal print driver for Linux yet, but they do have support for Linux for various printer series such as Phaser and WorkCentre. 

Windows users can find the executable files in the compatible folder, and run the files by double-clicking on them. On the other hand, MacOS users will find a single dmg archive to install. In order to run this type of software, simply drag the archive over to the Applications folder, and drop it inside. This will automatically install the software install the archive.
